Advance Payment Terms & Conditions
To confirm your reservation, Roma Borgo91 requires the advance payment of a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay (excluding Municipal Taxes).
Ths deposit is non-refundable, and the following Terms and Conditions apply to it in case of cancellation:
- If cancellation is made within 14 days of check-in, the payment will be deducted from stays made within 6 months of the cancelled booking.
- If cancellation is made after the above limit, the deposit paid will be retained in full to cover our administrative expenses.
The amount of advance payment due is specified in the e-mail communication sent to you by Roma Borgo91. If necessary, check the spam box. Thank you!
